Summer Strength & Conditioning Info - begins 6/15

Summer strength & conditioning will begin on Monday (June 15) following health & safety guidelines which include 6' of physical distancing, fever checks, and use of outdoor facilities.

Please note that participants should arrive & leave in a timely manner and should not congregate.  Participants should also bring their own water bottle.
