Students take a break at recess for a picture in their Wildcat gear

Welcome to McEowen Elementary School

McEowen Elementary School is our upper elementary school for third, fourth, and fifth grade Wildcats. During their three years at McEowen, students have the opportunity to give back to our community through service projects, take on a "job" at the school, learn about our history in a one-room schoolhouse on the campus, and play musical instruments all while learning and working together with their classroom family.

MissionWe support growth, belonging and success for all.

Vision: Our vision is to create a vibrant, inclusive school community where everyone is known, valued, and empowered. Through strong relationships and a whole-child approach, we foster confident, compassionate learners who are prepared to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally—both in school and beyond."

  • We will be genuine and encouraging in our interactions.
