ACT PREP FACTORY
PrepFactory is a free, interactive test prep site for teachers and students. It breaks the test into bite-sized concepts and provides strategy tips, practice sets, and a personalized study path so you can master the test.

Learning Express Library: This site has a wealth of information on a variety of topics for students. Among them include: test preparation, help with academic skills, career resources and more. To access this site you must use your HarrisonvilleSchools email.

PSAT Information
WHAT IS IT:
The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarhsip Qualifying test (PSAT/NMSQT) is a test that provides practice for the SAT test. The PSAT measures critical reading skills, math problem-solving skills and writing skills. It is recommended that students take the PSAT in order to receive feedback about strengths and weaknesses, enter the competition for National Merit Scholar scholarships (11th graders) and to help prepare for the SAT.
WHO TAKES IT:
Sophomores and Juniors can take this test. To enter the National Merit Scholarship program, students will need to take it during their Junior year.

$18
REGISTER: Online Exam registration will begin on Mon, Sep 5, 2016 at 12:00 PM and end on Fri, Sep 30, 2016 at 12:00 PM.
In order to register, click on the following link: www.TotalRegistration.
To complete registration, students must answer all of the required questions. Registration is not complete until students have printed the pdf of the confirmation page that is provided at the end.

AP testing will take place in the Spring of 2018. As that date approaches specific dates for specific tests will be determined.

ACCUPLACER is an assessment designed to evaluate students’ skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. ACCUPLACER will assess student preparedness for introductory credit-bearing college courses. This assessment will provide immediate and precise results, offering both placement and diagnostic tests, to support intervention and help answer the challenges of accurate placement and remediation.
