Foundation Scholarships

The Harrisonville Public School Foundation manages 17 scholarship endowments. Most of these scholarships are presented to Harrisonville High School seniors, but one is presented to Harrisonville Middle School eighth grader for disbursement upon graduation from HHS.

Below are several search websites that can be helpful in searching for Colleges, Scholarship, Financial aid information and much more!   

 

Scholarship Search Sites:

  • College Scholarship
    • A very comprehensive College Search site. This site provide searches on colleges and scholarships. It also has great tools to help with financial resources, how to select colleges, careers and a multitude of other great information. 
  • Missouri Connections
    • A site that all Harrisonville High School students have access to.  It has college searches, scholarship searches, career explorations, resume builders and much more more to help with the plans for after high school. (Each student has a username and password for this site.)    
  • Fast Web
    • Register and then it will match you with various scholarships. 
  • Scholarship Guidance
    • You will have to register and then it will send you lists of scholarships.  It also has some great career information as well.  
  • Student Scholarships
    • This is another scholarship search. You will create a username and password for this site  
  • Sallie Mae
    • Great site through Sallie Mae. You will create a username and password and it will match you with scholarships. There is a monthly scholarship newsletter that you can subscribe to as well.  To receive that newsletter, simply email ScholarshipMentor@gmail.com with the words "subscribe" in the subject line. You will then begin receiving that in your email.  
  • Discover College Covered
    • great website with a variety of college/financial aid/scholarship etc information.
  • Good Call
    • This website is a scholarship search site that has lists and will update you with scholarships that match you.
