Enrollment Information

• Enrollment begins February 9, 2026

• Screening & registration in March (appointment will be set after all items are turned in)

Interested families can pick up an enrollment folder at ECC between 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Monday-Friday  OR you can print the forms below and bring to ECC, along with birth certificate and shot records beginning Monday, Feb. 9, 2026.

Residency Verification
*Must be completed before first day of school.

• A current, original utility bill that is no more than 30 days old. The bill must be in the resident’s name, and no final notices will be accepted. UTILITY STATEMENTS INCLUDE GAS, ELECTRIC, AND WATER. THOSE ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ARE TELEPHONE, CABLE, MORTGAGE, AND OTHER STATEMENTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE UTILITY STATEMENT INCLUDES YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS.
• A rental/lease agreement including names of all occupants (including student), dates of agreement and the name, address, phone number and signature of the landlord.
• A contract to build or purchase a home within the Harrisonville School District reflecting a possession or closing date within 90 calendar days of the first day of school attendance.

Immunization Requirements
(before first day of school)

• 4+ doses DTap
• 3 doses Polio
• 3+ doses Hep B
• 1 dose MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• 1 dose VAR (Chicken Pox)
• 3 doses HIB ( Haemophilus Influenzae)
• 4 doses PCV (Pneumococcal Conjugate)
