Summer School 2026 enrollment is now open! Summer School is open to students entering kindergarten through 8th grade. The dates of summer school are May 20-June 16 (five days per week). There is no school on Memorial Day (May 25). Daily hours are 8 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. Transportation will be provided and breakfast and lunch will be available at the same price as during the school year. Incoming K-5th graders- Harrisonville Elementary School (UPDATED)
Incoming 6th-8th graders- Harrisonville Middle School
Incoming 9th-12th graders- Harrisonville High School
The district will once again partner with Catapult to offer Summer Journeys for kindergarten through 5th grade students. The program provides a combination of core academic courses and enriching Journeys classes, which include STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) courses.
Elementary Enrollment Form (Incoming K-5)
Middle school students will be participating in programming designed specifically for middle school students by the middle school teachers and administrators. The focus will be on extra academic help and hands-on exploratory activities. In addition to core instruction in Math and ELA, we will be offering exploratory courses such as All About Sports & the Outdoors, Strength & Conditioning, Science Explorations, Cooking Across Continents, and Advanced Art & Ceramics.
Middle School Enrollment Form (Incoming 6-8)
Incoming 9th through 12th grades will also have the opportunity to participate in summer courses through Harrisonville High School. More information will be provided for HHS summer courses in the following weeks.
