Cass Career Center opens new pavilion

On Oct. 3, Cass Career Center celebrated the "official" opening of its new outdoor pavilion. During a ribbon-cutting event, CCC Director Anne Hickman thanked those who made the project possible including major donors who will be recognized on a permanent sign and with a tree planted on the site. Adult and Community Education Coordinator Emily Davis outlined the possibilities for use of the pavilion by the community and Assistant Director Nichole Tews shared how it has already been used by both students and staff.  CCC Student Ambassadors were on hand as hosts for the event. The ribbon cutting included members of the Board of Education, major donors, and Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors.
