  • 2020 Back-to-School Plan

    On July 28, the Board of Education approved the district's Back-to-School Plan for 2020-21. Harrisonville Schools will be providing two learning options for students to select from for this fall. We will offer in-person and virtual learning programs, both of which will begin on Monday, August 24. Families are asked to review our complete plan by clicking the headline. Parents will need to make a choice for their students by Aug. 5.

    The mission of Harrisonville Schools is to achieve excellence in education.
    Purpose Statement
    The purpose of the Harrisonville School District, in partnership with parents and community, is to ensure that ALL students are college and career ready when they graduate from our district. This begins at the preschool level and runs throughout the students' educational experience. All that we do and all decisions made should be based on this premise. All goals, objectives and decisions will be based on this purpose. Our students deserve and we should demand nothing less.
