School Based Therapy

Did you know that students who qualify for mental health services may have access to work with a Licensed Professional Counselor within the school district? Harrisonville School District has partnered with Compass Health Network to offer School-Based Therapy to offer evidence based clinical services embedded in each of the school buildings. We have three School-Based therapists available from elementary to high school. Our School-Based Therapists provide interventions to help your student resolve issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, oppositional behaviors, trauma, family conflict, and more.

Compass Health Network offers School-Based Therapy services to any student who carries MO HealthNet as primary or secondary insurance. If your student has private insurance or no insurance; please contact your school counselor or Compass Health Network as other resources may be available.
