The Harrisonville Schools maintenance is provided by HES Facilities Management- a contracted service provider. The HES Facilities Management District Manager, Trenton Neal, has an office at the district's Distribution Center, 1200 Eastwood Road.

Community Use of School Facilities

The Harrisonville School District welcomes community groups and organizations to use our school facilities for meetings and events. This page is intended to help you with that process. Please refer to our Board C-160-P for complete information on Community Use of School Facilities.

Contact our Activities Office at (816) 380-3273, ext. 6227 to check on availability.

Step 3:

Complete the online Facilities Use Request form, along with a completed Hold Harmless form and a Certificate of Liability.
