Facilities Use
The Harrisonville School District welcomes community groups and organizations to use our school facilities for meetings and events. This page is intended to help you with that process. Please refer to our Board C-160-P for complete information on Community Use of School Facilities.
Step 1:
Review the Board Policy.
Step 2:
Contact Robbin Garrett - (816) 380-3273, ext. 6227 or robbin.garrett@harrisonvilleschools.org to check on availability
Step 3:
Complete the online Facilities Use Request form, along with a completed Hold Harmless form and a Certificate of Liability.
