We have many ways available to register for a class. Please remember, we will only contact you if the class is cancelled. Sign up early to help ensure the class you want does not get cancelled.
Also, if you are signing up for more than one class, please send separate checks for each class payment. Sending separate checks is important in case one of your classes does not reach minimum enrollment requirements, in which case your check will be returned.
1. Call In 816-380-3253 ext. 7223
Please remember that you are not officially enrolled until we receive payment for the course; however, we can temporarily hold a spot for you or answer questions about classes.
2. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send us your name, address, the specific class you are interested in, and a phone number where we can reach you. Remember, payment needs to be received before your spot is held, so please send your payment ASAP after notifying us that you would like to be enrolled in a particular class. You may also call us to make payment with your credit card.
3. Walk In
The Community Education office is typically staffed from 7:00-3:00 Monday-Friday. These are the only days and times we can guarantee someone should be here to help you. Please avoid walking payments in after 3:00 pm as there may be no one in the building that can assist you.
4. Mail In
Please mail us your name, address, and up to 2 phone numbers where we may reach you if the course is cancelled, as well as the name of the course you are signing up for and the payment. Please send correspondence to: Cass Career Center, Attn: Felicia Anstine, 1600 E. Elm, Harrisonville, MO 64701. Please send payment with your registration information.
5. Online Registration
You may register for classes on our website by clicking here. You will have two options for paying: debit/credit card or Pay Later.
- Debit/Credit Card: You may pay using your debit/credit card. A credit card convenience fee of 3.65% will be added to your invoice total.
- The Pay Later option will avoid the credit card fee. Just remember that you aren't officially registered until we have received payment. Instead, you will be enrolled as "Pending". Payment must be received at least one week prior to the first night of class to be considered fully enrolled.
