Campus Safety and Security

Domestic Violence
  • The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires schools to compile statistics for certain crimes that are reported to school resource officers or local police agencies, including incidents of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.   All Institutions of Higher Education that receive Title IV funding must follow the requirement under the Clery Act as a condition of receiving funds or any other form of financial assistance under any federal program.  Additionally, institutions are also required to include certain policies, procedures, and programs pertaining to these crimes in their Annual Security Reports.  Click on the link below to view our current Annual Security Report.
