The Harrisonville Public School Foundation is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to support and enhance all educational programs and activities of the Harrisonville Cass R-IX School District by providing a tax-exempt organization which serves as recipient and protector of all donations.The Foundation is comprised of a Board of Trustees who meet monthly.

The Harrisonville Public School Foundation is once again offering Major Saver cards for sale through students in grades K-5. Students will receive the sales packets on Thursday, January 10th and will sell the $15 Buy One, Get One Free offer cards until Wednesday, January 23th. Proceeds from the sales of the discount cards directly support the participating schools and the activities of the Harrisonville Public School Foundation. Last year, the Foundation and participating schools raised more than $16,000 through the sale of Major Saver cards.
The 2019 participating businesses include: Paradise Park, 54th Street, Price Chopper, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kurzweil’s, Apple Barrel (in Sapp Brothers), Qdoba, Burger King, Brew Daddy’s, Mazzio’s, The Garage, Brewbakers, Houlihan’s, Dunkin’ Donuts (in Sapp Brothers), Sonic, Captain D’s, Dairy Queen, Mod Pizza, Little Pig BBQ, Forged by Fire and Aaron’s Family Fun Center.
Major Saver cards can also be purchased online at www.majorsaver.com. Customers may purchase Major Saver cards from any participating communities and the sale will be credited to Harrisonville Schools and to the student that the buyer is supporting. All cards purchased online will be mailed directly to the customer.
Another option this year is the Major Saver app which can be downloaded on Android or iOS devices. Once you download the app, you can purchase a Major Saver card for any community and it will be available right on your phone. The sale can also be designated to any student in our schools.
Cards are also available for purchase at the District Administration office, 503 S. Lexington from 7:30-4 p.m. daily through January 2e.

The proceeds from the card sales are split between the participating schools and the Harrisonville Public School Foundation. The Foundation will use its portion to fund programming including teacher and district grants, the Excellence in Academics program, Advanced Degree Teacher Reimbursement, and student scholarships. The elementary schools have used the funding for technology, playground equipment, books, and more.
**NEW**Wildcat Pride Yard SignsThese signs are made of durable, weather-resistant material. You can purchase the sign alone or with personalized plaques. The plaques can include student activities, last name, Class of ??, alum, or whatever you like (up to 15 characters).
The yard signs (sign/stake/hardware) are $55 each, and each individual personalized plaque is $10.
Orders will be placed on the 15th of each month. Payment is required before we will finalize your order. Buyers will be notified via email that their sign and/or plaque is ready to pick up at the district administrative office, 503 S. Lexington.Place an order by clicking here.
