The 2018 golf tournament will feature a new twist for participants. Golfers and teams may choose any date between September 15 and October 31 to play their round of golf (you must call Hoots Hollow - 380-4920 to schedule to ensure there are no tournaments or leagues at the time you'd like to play). If your team would like to be eligible for tournament prizes, the team score must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by November 1. Winners will be announced via email and social media on November 3. There will be prizes for the top team in the A Flight and B Flight.
Tournament tickets will be available on Tuesday, September 12 and can be mailed to you or you can pick them up at the school district admin office, 503 S. Lexington. Call to make your team reservation at Hoots Hollow (any day of the week), then present your ticket when you arrive to play. Tickets include green fees and cart rental.
There are still three levels of sponsorship for the golf tournament – True Wildcat ($1000), Royal Blue ($500), and White ($125). True Wildcat sponsors will receive eight (8) golf tickets; Royal Blue sponsors receive four (4) golf tickets and White sponsors will receive one (1) golf ticket. All sponsors will receive publicity on all tournament materials including the tickets, Foundation newsletter, and press release sent to the local papers.
Sponsors can give out the golf tickets as you see fit - as incentives for employees, as appreciation to customers, etc. The tickets do not have to be used together unless you want to be eligible for tournament prizes.
