    Program Description
    This CNA program prepares students to perform basic nursing skills for individuals in long-term care facilities, adult daycare centers, hospitals, or homes. The course consists of a min. of 75 hrs of classroom instruction & a min. of 100 hrs of on-the-job training in a long-term care facility (approved by DHSS). Clinicals will start after the student has completed 18 classroom hours. Instructor: John Campbell

    Tuition - $550.00

    Out-of-Pocket Expenses & Student Eligibility
    • $50 Certification Exam - Due before the exam
    • $20 Certification Fee (card and pin) - Due before the exam

    $15 Background Check - Register on the Family Care Safety Registry
    • Provide your own gait belt
    • Proof of Negative current two-step TB test
          *Requires two separate tests
    Student will be required to wear scrubs (any color) and tennis shoes to clinical assignments.
    • Student must be at least 18 years of age
    • Student must not be listed on the MO Division of Aging Employee Disqualification list (EDL)
    • Student must pass background check
