Cass Career Center PN Program

The application and reference forms needed to apply for our Practical Nursing program are attached below. The next class starts August 6, 2012.  We accept 27 students every year. 

If you are interested in receiving a packet, please click on the link to the left (Request a Packet), and we will send a packet to you.

After you receive the packet, if you are interested in applying, then download the application form and the reference forms (3).  Complete the application and have your references return the reference forms, both by March 1 to be considered for application for the next year's class.

WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT REFERENCES THAT ARE NOT FAXED/MAILED FROM PERSON COMPLETING THEM. If they are walked in, we will note them and count them as invalid.

We do consider previous coursework for transfer credit. (We will transfer courses for three years from completion if a student received an A. We will transfer courses for two years from completion if a student received a B. We will transfer course for one year from completion if a student received a C.) Request must be made at the time of application. Upon acceptance into our program, you must provide an official transcript for coursework to be considered by May 15.

If you are applying to our our program, then you will also need to schedule to take the TEAS test.  Applicants must take the TEAS exam to be eligible for consideration to the LPN Program. PRE-REGISTRATION FOR TESTING IS A MUST!! Exams are given at Cass Career Center.
