Teachers

Advanced Degree Teacher Initiative
This program provides reimbursement to teachers who want to enhance their learning in curricular and education-based programs of study. It will also support the district's efforts to retain and develop highly qualified teachers by providing an additional benefit for teachers in the district.

Teacher Grants
Teacher grants enhance the education of students in the Harrisonville School District by encouraging and recognizing new educational approaches and concepts that are not currently funded by the district. The grants provide funding for classroom materials which make these innovative instructional techniques possible. Teacher grants are presented twice each year.

Cade Filer Teacher Grant - $500
Presented twice a year for a grant funding equipment or resources that are re-usable.  Funded through an endowment established in memory of Cade Filer.
