Bob Hodge Achievement Award - $4,000 (Year 1), $2,000 (Year 2), $2,000 (Year 3), $2,000 (Year 4)
Presented annually to a senior based on academic achievement, citizenship, and financial need. The scholarship is renewable for three years based on the recipient maintaining a 3.0 GPA and submission of an essay annually. Funded through an endowment established by an alumni in honor of long-time district teacher, coach & administrator Bob Hodge. To be eligible, the applicant:
1. Shall graduate from Harrisonville High School.
2. Shall have outstanding academic scholarship, including a 25 or higher on the ACT.
3. Shall have been accepted at a state school in Missouri.
4. Shall be of good citizenship and involved in school or community activities.
5. Shall demonstrate financial need.
Steve Catron Memorial Scholarship - $300
Presented annually to a senior based on music and athletic achievement, as well as community and school activities. Funded through memorial gifts from family and friends of 1979 HHS graduate Steve Catron. To be eligible, the applicant:
1. Shall graduate from Harrisonville High School
2. Shall have high achievement in the areas of music and athletics
3. Shall be of good citizenship and involved in school and community activities.
Stephen and Virginia Childress Athletic Award - $1500
Presented annually to a senior based on athletic and academic achievements, as well as community and school activities. Funded through an endowment established by the Childress family. To be eligible, the applicant:
1. Shall graduate from Harrisonville High School.
2. Shall have outstanding academic scholarship and have been accepted into a program of advanced education and training.
3. Shall be of good citizenship.
4. Shall have achieved high athletic achievement.
William G. and Nettie Z. Deacon Family Scholarship - $1,000
Presented annually to seniors based on academic achievement, good citizenship, and financial need. Funded through an endowment established by Will Ella Deacon. To be eligible, the applicant:
1. Shall be a graduate from Harrisonville High School.
2. Shall have outstanding academic scholarship and have been accepted into a program of advanced education and training.
3. Shall be of good citizenship.
4. Shall demonstrate financial need
The Trustees will give preference to those applicants who plan to pursue a career in the medical/nursing profession. The scholarship amount is $1,000.00.
John & Wanda Foster Construction Trades Scholarship - $500
Presented annually to a Harrisonville senior planning to study building trades, architecture, civil engineering or other related field. Funded through an endowment established by John & Wanda Foster. To be eligible, the applicant:
1. Shall graduate from Harrisonville High School.
2. Shall have outstanding academic scholarship.
3. Shall have been accepted into a program of advanced education and training (2- or 4-year college or university)
4. Shall be studying the field of building trades, architecture, civil engineering or other related field.
Cara Roberts Memorial Scholarship - $1,000
Presented annually to an HHS senior attending UCM. Funded through annual gifts to the Foundation from the Roberts/Keefer families. To be eligible, the applicant:
1. Shall be a graduate of Harrisonville High School.
2. Shall have been accepted to the University of Central Missouri.
3. Shall have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Scott Morse Memorial Scholarship - $1,250
Presented annually to an HHS senior. Funded through an endowment created by the Morse family. To be eligible, the applicant:
1.Shall graduate from Harrisonville High School.
2.Shall have outstanding academic scholarship, including a 21 or higher on the ACT.
3.Shall have been accepted into a four-year college/university.
4.Shall be in the top 25% of his/her class at time of application.
5.Shall be of good citizenship and involved in school and/or community activities.
6.Shall demonstrate strength in overcoming a trial or hardship in his/her life.

Excellence in Academics - $500
Presented to students who earn recognition at the Excellence in Academics Ceremony (top 15% of the class) for all four years of high school. Funded annually through donations to Excellence in Academics Ceremomy. An endowment has been created for this scholarship.
Harrisonville Middle School Student Scholarships
Katie Rios Memorial Scholarship - $1,000
Presented annually to an 8th grade student at the end-of-the-year HMS awards assembly. The scholarship itself will be presented to the student upon graduation from Harrisonville High School during the senior awards program.
Donna Pfautsch HATS Scholarship - $1,000
Presented annually to an 8th grade student in the Harrisonville Academically Talented Students (HATS) program with at least one year of participation. The award will be presented at the end-of-the-year HMS awards assembly. The scholarship itself will be presented to the student upon graduation from Harrisonville High School during the senior awards program. To be eligible, the applicant shall have demonstrated the following:
1. A record of academic excellence
2. Diverse personal, academic, and community interests
3. A personal enjoyment and love for learning (self-directed learning)
4. Use of individual talent, imagination and teamwork to accomplish goals, address challenges, or solve problems.
