Beliefs of Teaching I believe every child needs the opportunity to express themselves creatively. Our days are filled with academics but I hope your child can show their dreams and creativity in those projects. I dare your child to dream to be creative. (Think outside of that box) I believe in having a structured day. I follow the BIST behavior plan in my classroom. BIST allows the student to think about what happen, when they are ready, and how are they going to fix their problem. I believe in being a community. We are a family unit. Lastly, I believe in your child, you, and our school district. I believe it takes all of those things to help your child grow andlearn.
